Redi’s initial product provides a novel integration with pharmaceutical manufacturers that seamlessly connects patients with the brands that treat their condition(s). As Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving Redi Health’s marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for healthcare marketing and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across various digital and personal channels. You will work closely with our strategy, sales and product teams to develop strategies, create engaging content, and support campaigns that build brand awareness, attract leads, and foster customer loyalty.

What will you do?- Campaign Development & Execution: Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social media, paid ads, etc.) to support Redi.Health’s objectives.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop compelling content for blogs, websites, newsletters, case studies, and social media platforms.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Conduct research, implement SEO best practices, and assist with Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics of marketing campaigns to measure success and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media content calendars, create posts, and engage with followers to grow Redi.Health’s online presence.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads, develop email nurture campaigns, and convert prospects into customers.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain a consistent voice and messaging that aligns with Redi.Health’s brand values and identity.
- Marketing Agency Partnership: Collaborate with marketing agency to ensure timely execution and quality output of agency led marketing tactics
Experience- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
Skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies.
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS)
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and automation tools (Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Other
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient care is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare marketing or familiarity with healthcare and regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
- Knowledge of paid media strategies, including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Graphic design experience or proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Experience with Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (Medical, Legal, Regulatory approval processes)
