Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join our client's dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in email marketing, automation workflows, and project coordination to manage and optimize campaigns, outreach initiatives, and CRM systems. You will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, lead generation, and conversions while contributing to marketing project management.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Automation
- Develop, set up, and optimize impactful email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage users, and drive conversions.
- Design and implement automation workflows, including triggers, segmentation, and user journeys.
- Establish pipelines and configure automation to streamline workflows and improve Sales team productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with marketing automations for a seamless user experience.
- Utilize Brevo extensively to maximize automation success and streamline processes.
Outreach & Campaign Management
- Craft and execute targeted email campaigns using segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and optimization techniques.
- Manage email outreach campaigns for lead generation and customer retention.
- Enhance personalization and response rates through tools like Smartlead.ai.
- Oversee user journey email sequences, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Marketing Project Management
- Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and align deliverables with business goals.
- Document processes, track progress, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Retention & Engagement
- Implement strategies to boost customer loyalty and email retention.
- Continuously refine email content, subject lines, and send times using A/B testing.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Proficiency in Brevo is preferred, with additional expertise in Smartlead.ai as a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Experience in email outreach campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1+ level).
Preferred
- Availability to work in Eastern Time or Western European Time zones.

Compensation Package & Schedule
- Monthly Salary: $1,800–$2,500 (depending on experience).
- Schedule: 7 AM–3 PM EST, with some flexibility.
- Benefits:
