We are looking for an SMM Manager to join our team.

• Manage and maintain social media accounts on platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content according to a content calendar.
• Interact with the community on behalf of the brand or public administrator, fostering a positive and engaging online environment.
• Monitor and analyze chat activity, identify spam, and remove inappropriate messages.
• Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet growth goals.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and implement creative campaigns to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing objectives.
  Manage responses to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly.

• Proven experience managing social media accounts on Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies.
• Attention to detail when analyzing chat activity to detect and remove spam.
• Ability to create content that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and audience preferences.
• Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Organizational and time-management skills to adhere to publishing schedules.
• Experience using social media analytics tools and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
• A proactive and creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience engagement.
