Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced, confident, and inspiring marketer to lead our Marketing Operations team across the Food Ingredients (Fi) and Vitafoods portfolio within Informa Markets, EMEA.

What You'll Do

You'll be a vital part of our cross-functional marketing management team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Director – Food. Your role is crucial in driving the growth of our Fi and Vitafoods brands.

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Transform our marketing approach using Customer Lifecycle principles
  • Lead a team of experts in agile marketing and new ways of working
  • Own team planning and budgeting processes
  • Drive marketing effectiveness and team productivity
  • Manage our marketing calendar, ensuring top-quality delivery
  • Boost customer satisfaction and retention through excellent client marketing
  • Create an environment where teams love to work and showcase their talents

  • Has proven leadership experience in Marketing/Marketing Operations
  • Builds high-performing teams that deliver results
  • Thrives in our fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Has a track record in marketing transformation, especially in high-growth organizations
  • Understands Customer Lifecycle Marketing inside out
  • Excels at Marketing Operations and complex project management
  • Makes data-driven decisions
  • Collaborates effectively, both internally and externally
  • Manages agencies to bring in extra expertise and execute campaigns

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop our marketing operations to boost productivity and effectiveness
  • Champion agile marketing practices, stepping in as scrum master when needed
  • Drive improvements in marketing ROI and team satisfaction
  • Own our marketing planning process and activity schedule
  • Implement Customer Lifecycle marketing principles across our campaigns
  • Partner with Digital, Attendee, and Commercial Marketing teams to hit our goals
  • Break down barriers by collaborating with teams outside marketing
  • Enhance our customer journey, especially for our Event Planner App and Attendee Registration
  • Manage marketing elements of our Barter and Signage process
  • Analyze and improve our marketing performance with the Digital Marketing team
  • Identify and address skill gaps with the Senior Marketing Director
  • Guide the team in using our full channel mix effectively
  • Lead by example, championing marketing excellence
