About the role:
We are seeking a Google Ads specialist to lead the Paid Search Lead Generation efforts for a client in the fitness industry who is looking to increase membership at their gyms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize a suite of Google Ads campaigns, including:
- Search Ads
- Performance Max (PMAX)
- Display Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Align paid search strategies with the client’s lead generation and membership growth goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide weekly performance reports and updates on Paid Search initiatives in meetings with the client and our client's team
- Collaborate closely with other team members, including:
- Maintain a strong understanding of Google Ads trends and B2C lead generation best practices.
- Ensure responsiveness and accountability in all client interactions and project deliverables.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads for B2C lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with campaign types, including Search, PMAX, Display, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills, with experience delivering reports and updates.

- Salary: $3,000 3,500USD per month
- Work hours: Full-time role. 9- 5 pm Central Time (Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week)
