Position: Business Development Manager (Remote)
Hours: 12:30am-8:30am SAST (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: R36,000 - R44,000 per month (Negotiable based on Experience)

Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for closing new business? We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our client’s efforts in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
In this role, you will actively prospect, pitch, and close new business deals, playing a critical part in expanding the client’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales pitches and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close high-value deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of leads through the sales cycle.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to align efforts and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with 3+ years of experience in business development or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and how they solve business challenges.
