They are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join their team and drive business growth by identifying potential borrowers and referral partners, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Prospecting: Identify and research potential borrowers and referral sources, such as real estate agents, brokers, and financial advisors.
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
- Email Outreach and Follow-ups: Initiate contact with potential borrowers or referral sources via email, phone calls, and other communication channels; manage follow-ups.
- Presentations: Deliver presentations to potential clients and partners, explaining our services, loan products, and value proposition.
- Information Gathering: Collect and organize relevant borrower information to support the loan application and deal closing process.
- Deal Closing Support: Work closely with our team to facilitate the deal closing process, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is provided.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation to generate leads and promote services.
- Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including outreach efforts, lead generation, and closed deals.
- Training & Documentation: Watch all training videos and preparing notes.
- Meeting/Training: Participation in meetings and training.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in the financial services or real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales/marketing tools for managing outreach and client engagement.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with a focus on meeting targets and closing deals.
- Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and online.
- Knowledge of real estate financing, lending products, or related industries is a plus.
