WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Sales Recruiter at EOS IT Solutions, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top sales talent to drive business growth. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and deliver high-caliber candidates. Your ability to build strong relationships, implement effective sourcing strategies, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.

Given the complexity of the sales roles at EOS IT Solutions, you will focus on identifying candidates who can navigate long sales cycles, solve complex problems, and drive solution-based selling. The ideal sales professionals will be resilient, pragmatic, and capable of managing escalations while maintaining strong client relationships—serving as the trusted point of contact for customers. Your ability to assess these critical competencies in candidates will directly impact the success of our sales teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, market trends, and role requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit while providing a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive employer branding efforts to attract top sales talent and position EOS IT Solutions as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular hiring reports and insights to leadership.
  • Negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with compensation structures and market trends while managing candidate expectations.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment with a focus on hiring for sales roles.
  • Strong ability to source and attract top-performing sales professionals through various recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with sales leaders and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.

DESIRED CRITERIA:

  • Previous experience recruiting for enterprise sales, technical sales, or business development roles.
  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures, quotas, and performance-driven hiring strategies.
  • Recruitment experience within the AV, IT, technology, or logistics industries.
