Position summary

At ETG our people are our strength. The HR Department is a key organizational function with more than 50 members globally. In Greece, our team consists of 15 people and now we are looking for our new Talent Acquisition Specialist.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment strategy that aligns with our company’s goals. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to identify talent needs, source candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process that brings the best professionals on board.

The position is based in Athens and reports to the Senior HRBP.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment processes.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach, to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles within the Fintech, Commercial Development, Sales, Technology, and Legal departments.
  • Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR technology.
  • Act as point of contact with external vendors/agencies
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Greek (oral & written)
  • Knowledge in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies
  • Ability to deliver high quality results and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive hiring decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
