We’re looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of our feature-rich B2B events management platform. Reporting directly to the CEO (acting Head of Product), you’ll take charge of shaping the product vision, driving aggressive delivery timelines, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your remit includes virtual streaming integrations, advanced meeting management tools, and mobile apps—plus an ambitious pipeline of future features for our demanding corporate enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision, focusing on virtual streaming services, meetings management, and mobile apps.
• Roadmap Ownership: Create and maintain a clear, prioritised roadmap for current modules and forthcoming features, aligning with business objectives.
• Delivery Leadership: Drive and manage tight deadlines, working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth research, including interviews with hard-to-reach enterprise B2B clients. Use insights to inform product direction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring products meet the compliance and governance needs of large-scale corporate environments.
• Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key product metrics, iterating based on data, feedback, and strategic goals.

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.

• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with complex software integrations (e.g., virtual streaming) and experience working with mobile development teams.
• Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to use data, research, and market knowledge to drive product decisions.
• Communication Skills: Competent in liaising with multiple stakeholders, particularly in large enterprises where feedback can be sporadic.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of iterative development, the product lifecycle, and how to deliver under tight timeframes.

Desirable:

• Industry Knowledge: Background in events software, virtual conferencing, or similar enterprise-focused tech.
• Enterprise Insight: Understanding of compliance, governance, and the high-level demands of business-critical software in corporate environments.

All applicants MUST have working Visas or be UK residents and be currently present in the UK.

This is a hybrid or remote role depending on your situation. We currently come in 2-3 times a week to the Farringdon office in London. The office is always open if you wish to join us in person.

We have a wonderful coffee shop on our doorstep. A food market right in front of the office. Access to gym membership, with conditions! Training is catered for as and when needed.
