Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive our platform's evolution from stealth mode to scaled operations. You'll work at the intersection of real estate analytics, machine learning, and user experience, managing our product roadmap to optimize for revenue growth while maintaining our commitment to data accuracy and user value.

• Own the product roadmap and strategy, balancing revenue-generating opportunities with platform stability and scalability
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define and prioritize AI/ML features that enhance our market detection and forecasting capabilities
• Establish and maintain comprehensive product documentation, development workflows, and quality assurance processes
• Drive the creation and implementation of user onboarding experiences and customer success initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify opportunities for product optimization
• Manage the backlog and sprint planning process, ensuring efficient resource allocation

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data analytics platforms
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to discussions about data architecture, API design, and ML systems
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience in real estate technology or fintech
• Background in working with machine learning products
• Understanding of real estate investment principles
• Experience managing products through rapid growth phases
