About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Static Designer with a sharp eye for high-performing creative to join our team and bring paid media campaigns to life. You’ll be responsible for designing thumb-stopping static ads for Meta and Google, working closely with our performance and creative teams to continuously iterate and optimize based on data.

Responsibilities:

• Design static ad creatives tailored for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Display Network
• Translate performance data into design improvements and new concepts
• Collaborate with growth marketers, copywriters, and video editors to align messaging across campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing visual innovation
• Own and organize ad creative files in Figma/Photoshop/Canva as needed
• Rapidly turn around new variations based on creative testing feedback

• Must be based in Austin, TX
• 2–4 years experience designing Meta and Google ads
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing static ad creative
• Prior experience at a CPG brand or performance-driven marketing agency
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Canva
• Strong understanding of direct-response design and performance marketing principles
• Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and thrive in a high-output creative environment

Bonus:
