About the Finance & Operations Team
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations, including procurement, transportation, inventory, and supply chain processes, to ensure the efficient delivery of program activities and resources.
You will report directly to the Senior Associate, Operations & Logistics,
Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics support:
a. Take stock of all delivered goods and services ensuring the right quantities and
required standards and specifications have been supplied.
b. Support in the effective quantification and distribution of drugs, program and
training materials for the different LGAs in the states.
c. Ensure workshop and training venues are well coordinated and suited for the
respective meetings.
d. Provide logistics support in terms of availability of internet data for mobile
phones during training of independent monitors.
e. Coordinate the effective and efficient movement of persons, drugs and program
materials within the project states
f. Coordinate and review the support documents of payments for participants at
the states and LGA levels.
g. Ensure project vehicles are in good conditions at all times and safety regulations
available at any given time.
h. Liaises with both external and internal contacts in the project states in
coordination with the Associate Manager to ensure follow-up and execution of
planned activities
2. Managing Field offices:
a. Ensure prompt payments for all utility bills are processed within 48 hours of
receipt of bills and/or invoice.

b. Monitor vehicle usage and ensure fuel level for leased vehicle is not below
quarter tank at any given time.
c. Ensure office supplies are regularly available at the field offices.
2. Information Management:
a. Develop and maintain relevant databases
b. Maintain a proper filing system for optimal management of information and
contacts.
c. Keep track of all payments made to government partners, teachers and all third
parties.
d. Provide an updated data base of teachers in the state containing all relevant
information after each round of deworming activities.
3. Program support
a. Support the program team in preparation and entry of program related data and
information.
b. Provide support as may be needed by the program team.

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in an international NGO or similar setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics and inventory management tools or systems.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics and procurement processes, including local and international regulations.
Competencies: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically as required to support program activities.
