What is our proposal?

We are looking for a Key Account Analyst (Travel Partners) to support our Travel Partners and ensure they have a seamless experience using our back-office platform. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about customer success and the travel industry.

What will you do?

  • Assist in building strong relationships with our Travel Partners and supporting their needs.
  • Help identify key improvements based on Partner feedback and assist in prioritizing them.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, tutorials, and documentation.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and tasks to enhance Partner engagement.
  • Support the resolution of Partner issues by coordinating internal resources.
  • Collaborate closely with Travel Operations & Travel Product teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to standardize and enhance service levels.
  • Help track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality and performance.
  • A passion for the travel industry and interest in partner management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn Business Intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support, operations, or partner success is a plus but not required.
