Capabilities include quoting, booking, shipment tracking, logistics document images, and reporting.

Who we're looking for:

The Shared Services team for EXP.O NOW is looking for a self-starter who will use their organization and leadership skills to embrace the Program Coordinator Title/Role and support the EXP.O NOW Program, the RTE (Program Manager), program/portfolio leadership, and stakeholders and support or fill in for the other roles throughout the program when needed.

Our Program Coordinator will assume support for our RTE in leading our Program ART/ ARTS within the EXP.O NOW Program. The ideal candidate for this position must be detail oriented with strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills, is a problem solver, technically savvy, and can build relationships with our agile teams, product management, leadership, and stakeholders. They must also have a keen interest in creative problem-solving and bringing big ideas to life while also being comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivate to guide the ongoing success of EXP.O NOW.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Overall support for the RTE, Product Managers and Scrum Masters, including assisting with the development and communication of PI Ceremony documentation, team member management, and facilitation of events when needed
  • Support Portfolio Senior Program Manager and Architect as needed
  • Communicate ART-wide various system downtime notifications
  • Lead and project manage ad-hoc projects or cross-team collaboration as needed
  • Administer and steward of all EXP.O NOW SharePoint site including permissions as well as manage content for parent level site.
  • Administer and steward the EXP.O NOW AzureDevOps area, maintain and support of team and program dashboards and subsequent queries
  • Track and provide metrics including the predictability metrics for the EXP.O NOW program system demo
  • Foster a positive and productive environment within the program
  • Keep program-level documentation organized and focused
  • Promote a mindset and focus on relentless & continuous improvement

This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project management skills to include: Ability to break down work into clear, actionable tasks; ability to manage short and long term tasks for self and others to agreed upon deadlines; skilled at proactive friendly follow up; ability to take meaningful meeting notes.
  • Strong communication and execution capabilities
  • Ability to successfully navigate and execute within ambiguous and stressful situations
  • Continuous learner; receptive to feedback, with a desire for improvement
  • Experienced problem solver, strong collaborator, and able to provide organization and clarity around complex topics
  • Assertive personality, interpersonal, action and outcome driven mentality
  • Ability to actively inspire, coach, mentor, and motivate
  • Well-organized with a keen attention to detail
  • MS Office Suite 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  •  1-3+ years of experience in related field (i.e., software development, IS or Agile leadership, etc.)
  • 1-3+ years Project Management, Administrative, or Scrum Master experience
  • Certified (or previously certified) in any Scaled Agile training
  • Experience in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment
  • Desired Software experience to include Azure DevOps or a similar work management tool, SharePoint and permissions and editing pages, online Whiteboarding tools
  • Experience working with software development teams and/or projects
  • Understanding of the transportation/logistics industry

Additional Information

Expected base salary:  $80,000 to $120,000
