Job Description

Experian is looking for a Director, Portfolio Marketing, to help scale our product and marketing efforts to drive awareness and demand for our industry-leading data, technology and marketing solutions. You will have significant product exposure and responsibility for all aspects of platform management within Experian, setting the standard for technology integration excellence across the enterprise. We’re passionate about building platform capabilities and are looking for someone excited to influence solutions at scale.

 

You will identify opportunities and ensuring our platform roadmap is optimized to meet growth outcomes. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about tech and data platforms and is comfortable in conversations across engineering, product, sales and solutions team beyond your role in marketing.

 

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and have direct exposure to product and sales executives across the company. You will be a leader in product marketing, have a passion for transformation, and experience driving B2B client acquisition, engagement, and retention via our powerful shelf space of products and solutions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B experience
  • Technical know-how necessary to propose and influence new product and feature ideas based on market and competitive intelligence, plus voice of client
  • Experience with B2B technology and data platforms or API management or sandbox environments in an enterprise environment
  • Experience forming business and marketing strategy then translating them into platform and ecosystem solutions
  • Strong familiarity of AWS and cloud operations
  • Experience delivering marketing against plan in a multi disciplined, distributed responsibility and often an environment with much white space
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring, empowering and elevating cross functional teams to deliver against marketing objectives and roadmaps
  • People leadership experience in and around product management and marketing teams
  • Demonstrated success in navigating and influencing dynamics at the executive level, including engaging in direct conversations
  • Ability to cultivate a culture of followership by inspiring and empowering team members to embrace the company's vision and values.
