Job Description

What You Will Do:

You will be a critical member of the Audience Strategy team, responsible for using advanced analytics to provide data-driven insights and strategies for clients. Your work will empower clients to improve campaigns, enhance creative strategies, and gain a deeper understanding of their target audiences and campaign performance. You will report to the VP of Sales and Product Marketing. This is a hybrid position, you will from the Audigent office located in New York, NY 3 days per week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be a technical resource and data expert within the Audience Strategy team.
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from our database to uncover relevant insights for programmatic campaigns.
  • Provide audience-level insights, including:
    • Audience over-indexing analysis against other datasets.
    • Demographic breakdowns (e.g., age and gender).
    • Affinity and behavioral crossover analysis.
    • Geographic insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to create lookalike (LAL) audiences by applying Audigent’s taxonomy and high-indexing segments.
  • Develop and deliver data visualizations and reporting dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Use your knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem to support campaign optimization efforts and provide recommendations.
  • Build compelling presentations and reports using Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint to communicate important findings and strategies to clients.
  • Partner with teams to align data-driven strategies with team goals.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL for database navigation, data analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience identifying audience insights, campaign trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Programmatic Knowledge: Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including data-driven targeting and audience segmentation.
  • Data Visualization: Proficient in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar for creating dashboards and visualizing complex datasets.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, marketing analytics, or a related field.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or a similar role within the advertising or marketing industry.
