EXUS People Team is looking for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team in recruiting talented Engineers to join our team.

What will you do?

  • Headhunt and recruit new talent globally (mainly Europe), using creative search methods
  • Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
  • Preselect candidates
  • Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
  • Create the best candidate experience and promote EXUS' employer brand

  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced organization or recruiting firm
  • Experience in international recruitment and hiring for technical roles is highly appreciated
  • Ability to build professional relationships with candidates
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Experience with LinkedIn search is a must
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
  • Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, HRIS, or HRMS (at EXUS we use Workable and BambooHR)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
