Job Overview

We are looking for a User Acquisition Tech Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, data, and digital marketing who wants to contribute to improving operational efficiency within our User Acquisition team.

The selected candidate will assist in developing and maintaining automation tools, working primarily with Google Sheets, Slack Workflows, and scripting solutions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in growth marketing operations and work closely with a team that drives user acquisition strategies for millions of players worldwide.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Google Sheets automations, including scripts and triggers.

Create and maintain Slack Workflows to improve team communication and processes.

Assist in automating data collection, reporting, and analysis to enhance decision-making.

Support the User Acquisition team in implementing new tools and process improvements.

Identify opportunities for workflow automation and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Currently studying Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Strong interest in automation, scripting, and digital marketing operations.

Basic programming knowledge (preferably JavaScript for Google Apps Script).

Proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation tools.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for communication and documentation.

Must reside in São Paulo.

Preferred Skills

Experience or coursework in Google Apps Script, Python, or other automation tools.

Familiarity with APIs and integrations for marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Understanding of user acquisition strategies and mobile marketing.

Previous internship experience in digital marketing, growth, or data analysis is a plus.
