What you will do
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and overseeing marketing initiatives for both Faptic Technology and our clients. You will lead marketing campaigns, social media strategies, event planning, and sales enablement efforts, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable impact.
Your activities will include:
Marketing Strategy & Project Management
- Develop and manage marketing strategies for both Faptic Technology and client projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee and coordinate campaigns, product launches, communications, and events from planning to execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content teams, to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage social media profiles for Faptic Technology and client brands, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Create and schedule high-impact content that aligns with marketing goals.
- Monitor trends, track engagement metrics, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Support public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, producing customer case studies, managing media outreach, and coordinating brand communications.
Sales Enablement & Content Management
- Support sales teams by sourcing, curating, and organizing marketing assets for sales meetings, local events, and outreach efforts.
- Maintain a structured library of marketing assets for internal and client use.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral that supports sales and brand growth.
Event Planning & Management
- Plan, organize, and support virtual and in-person events for both Faptic Technology and clients, including webinars, product launches, and industry conferences.
- Manage event logistics remotely, including invites, content development, speaker coordination, scheduling, and promotion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Track attendee engagement and event success, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Client Marketing Services
- Develop and execute marketing strategies as a service for clients, tailoring campaigns to their industry and target audience.
- Act as a marketing consultant for client projects, advising on best practices for campaign execution, audience engagement, and event promotion.
- Deliver measurable results and optimize campaigns based on client objectives and feedback.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional with a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies. You should be highly organized, results-driven, and skilled at managing multiple projects across internal and client-facing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, with experience in project management, event planning, digital marketing, and sales enablement.
- Strong expertise in managing marketing campaigns for both internal initiatives and external clients.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, including coordinating remote and in-person events.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Creativity in developing engaging marketing campaigns, content strategies, and brand messaging.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot), social media platforms, event management tools, website management (WordPress) and marketing automation platforms.
- Fluent in English and experience working with international clients in the US.
Experience Desired:
- Experience with marketing consulting or agency work, managing multiple client campaigns and events.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Basic design skills for marketing collateral and social media content (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and demand generation.
- Experience working with and supporting marketing initiatives for consulting businesses and/or IT Services.
