FMG is looking for a marketing manager who can blend creativity with data-driven strategy to help us amplify Feed.fm, our flagship B2B music solution. This role is all about fueling the sales funnel—creating compelling content, optimizing conversions, and making sure every campaign hits the right note. If you’ve got a knack for crafting ad copy that gets clicks, building decks that drive action, and designing lead nurture flows that turn prospects into long-term partners, we want to hear from you. Core responsibilities
Strategic marketing execution: Create, execute, and analyze B2B marketing plans ensuring all campaigns align with FMG’s business objectives and brand voice.
Content creation & optimization: Write, edit, and optimize compelling content for sales sequences, decks, social media, ad copy, landing pages, blogs, and lead nurture campaigns. Collaborate across teams to ensure messaging consistency.
Social media management: Manage FMG’s organic social media presence, with a focus on driving engagement with target audiences on LinkedIn.
Market research & positioning: Conduct competitive analyses and customer research to inform marketing strategies and messaging frameworks. Stay attuned to industry trends in music tech and music licensing.
SEO and analytics: Leverage SEO best practices to drive organic traffic. Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with design, product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
Brand championing: Be a steward of FMG’s brand, ensuring our voice resonates with current and potential partners across all channels.
About you
- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in creating sales-focused campaigns for SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience creating compelling content for the B2B and product-led growth SaaS space.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure and optimize performance.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze market data and apply insights to strategies.
- Strategic mindset and leadership qualities that inspire collaboration, creativity, and experimentation.
- A creative thinker and problem solver with a strong track record of impactful marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and tools, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Self-motivated and autonomous with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
