We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual assets that align with MOIC’s brand identity and help bring our creative vision to life. This is a part-time position, perfect for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
As a Graphic Design Intern at Museum of Ice Cream, your day-to-day will involve working closely with the Creative Services team to support ongoing design projects. You’ll start by reviewing project briefs or feedback, then prioritize your tasks to meet deadlines. Your work will range from creating fun, engaging social media graphics to designing polished HR documents or presentation decks.
You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on brainstorming sessions for campaigns and will often refine or update existing templates and assets to keep them aligned with brand standards. Whether it’s crafting memes, creating stationery for museum sites, or preparing marketing materials, each day will bring new creative challenges. Throughout the day, you’ll also organize and manage design files to ensure everything stays streamlined and ready for future use.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your workload across multiple projects while staying connected with the team for feedback and guidance. This role offers variety, collaboration, and a chance to leave a creative mark on MOIC’s visual identity.
The salary range for this role is $1,800–$4,500 in total compensation for 3 months (10–15 hours per week), depending on experience.
