Onboarding & Design Content Coordinator
The Content Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating assets between Onboarding, Design and Popmenu clients. This role is responsible for distilling client emails and feedback into actionable tasks, coordinating with designers, collecting assets, managing menu builds and ensuring projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Coordination (15–20 hours per week)
· Assist clients to meet launch deadlines via calls, emails, and texts.
· Distill client emails and feedback into clear, actionable tasks for designers, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.
· Draft and send follow-up emails to clients who have not responded to design previews or project updates.
· Identify and document accounts with potential risks or issues that need further attention.
· Assist with asset collection and delivery (e.g., domain credentials, website content, folder imports), particularly for challenging clients.
Menu Build Coordination (10–15 hours per week)
· Responsible for managing the entire menu workflow from the menu-building process, QA processes, and support/revisions processes.
· Oversee the delivered work of a team of contractors. From answering questions to updating training material, it’s your job to ensure that our contract team consistently delivers high-quality menus.
Website Refresh Coordination (5–10 hours per week)
· Create and manage redesign milestones in Salesforce (SFDC).
· Send preview emails to clients, ensuring proper review and differentiation between internal and client-facing communication.
· Send follow-up emails to clients at scheduled intervals and manage timelines to ensure project completion.
· Ensure redesign agreements and invoices are managed effectively.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in client services, project coordination, or a creative/design environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and distill complex information.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
· A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
· Knowledge of web design and ability to read and write HTML/CSS is a plus
