Web and Digital UX Designer - Benamic

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Digital UX & Web Designer to join our team. This role involves designing and developing engaging digital experiences for a variety of client and internal projects. From crafting responsive web designs to creating user-friendly interfaces and marketing assets, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, visually compelling solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Web Design & Development

· Design and develop responsive landing pages and promotional microsites for clients using HTML, CSS, and modern best practices.

· Follow client-specific brand guidelines to ensure all designs align with their visual identity and messaging.

· Optimise websites for usability, performance, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

UX/UI Design

· Design user interfaces and craft user experiences for web platforms and internal tools using Figma.

· Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and functionally.

· Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design improvements.

· Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for development handoff.

HTML Email Design & Build

· Design and build HTML email templates for client campaigns, ensuring compatibility across major email clients.

· Test emails thoroughly for responsiveness and adherence to client brand guidelines.

· Support email-related troubleshooting and quality assurance.

Internal Marketing Support

· Provide design support for internal marketing materials, including social media visuals, infographics, presentations, and sales materials.

· Use tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create visually compelling assets.

· Ensure all internal materials align with the company’s brand guidelines.

Collaboration & Project Delivery

· Work closely with clients, developers, marketing teams, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.

· Present ideas and designs clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

· Manage multiple priorities and deliverables, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript and JQuery for web development.

· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) for graphic design and marketing materials.

· Advanced skills in Figma for UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating detailed design specifications.

· Strong knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

· Experience designing and building HTML email templates for client campaigns.

· Ability to interpret and apply client brand guidelines consistently across web and email projects.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

· A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
