About This Role:


The Event Outreach Representative plays a crucial role in driving attendance and engagement at Filevine’s events through field marketing activation. This role is all about outreach and execution—you’ll be responsible for getting prospects and customers to attend our events through direct calls, personalized emails, and creative outreach campaigns.


You will work closely with the sales team to ensure the appropriate prospects are invited, leveraging personalized outreach and engagement tactics to capture attention and increase attendance. The success of this role is measured by the number of registrations and attendees at each event, as well as post-event engagement. The ideal candidate uses creativity to find new and unique ways to break through the noise and get prospects excited about our events.


Additionally, this role will work closely with our SDR teams to ensure trade show leads are warmed and nurtured through thoughtfully crafted emails and detailed internal communications.


Goals for the Role:
  • Increase attendance and ensure the right audience for the specific event registers for and attends our field marketing events (35%)
  • Sell more tickets to the right audience (customers and prospects)  for LEX Summit, our annual user conference (35%)
  • Warm leads from trade shows that did not visit the booth (25%)
  • Drive registration for trade show activations as needed (5%)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and mailers) to invite prospects and customers to Filevine owned events.
  • Develop creative engagement tactics—personalized messages, unique gifts, or attention-grabbing mailers—to drive event sign-ups (as appropriate for the event type).Maintain detailed tracking of outreach efforts and responses in Salesforce / ClickUp.
  • Own registration goals for each event and proactively work to hit attendance targets.
  • Partner with sales to ensure top prospects and customers are prioritized for invitations.
  • Follow up with registrants to ensure attendance and provide event details.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop messaging and campaigns that drive registrations.
  • Test different outreach methods to see what resonates most with Filevine’s audience.


Key Tasks:
  • Identifying appropriate call lists for field events and working with sales ops to get lists pulled, then verifying accuracy.
  • Working with sales teams to identify appropriate prospects within territory for owned events.
  • Setting up cadences for trade show post-list leads.
  • Setting up and executing cadences for field events and LEX Summit (including email and phone calls).
  • Post-event follow-up for all event types.

  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesloft, HubSpot, and Salesforce.


Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, marketing outreach, event marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to hit call/email outreach and event attendance goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
