As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Reporting through the Revenue Operations team, you will bridge the gap between data analysis and operational execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, develop visualizations, and conduct in-depth analysis to support the company’s go-to-market strategy.

• Partner with executive leadership on driving visibility into company-wide goals and initiatives.
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Leverage Domo to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights.
• Present data stories in a clear and impactful manner to stakeholders across the organization.
• Act as a liaison between operations and systems management teams to define and implement data requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and capture data from internal and external sources.
• Support various departments with ad hoc and ongoing data analysis needs tied to investor and board reporting, go-to-market strategies, and financial analysis.  
• Create and maintain structured datasets for consistent and accurate reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms.

• 3+ years in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
• Strong understanding of success metrics for SaaS businesses.
• Expertise in business intelligence platforms (preferably Domo) and a foundational understanding of source data systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, and Stripe.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets and present findings effectively.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data storytelling techniques to convey insights compellingly.
• Knowledge of best practices for data visualization and reporting.
