Join Find.co as an Account Manager and play a key role in growing our revenue through strong affiliate partnerships in the crypto media space. We’re looking for a results-driven professional to manage affiliate relationships, develop strategic partnerships, optimize campaigns, and collaborate across teams to drive success.
Responsibilities- Affiliate & Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners in the crypto space.
- Campaign Optimization: Oversee affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring quality traffic and strong conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve results.
- New Partner Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and onboard affiliates and partners to expand revenue streams.
- Content & Promotions: Work with editorial and marketing teams to align affiliate campaigns with sponsored content and ads.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for partners, resolving issues and fostering long-term collaboration.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide data-driven reports on performance, revenue impact, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements- Experience: 4+ years in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships—ideally in crypto, fintech, or media.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital advertising trends.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in affiliate tracking tools, Google Analytics, and performance marketing platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop creative approaches for partner growth and engagement.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, affiliate tracking software, and marketing automation tools. Experience with CPA, CPC, and revenue-sharing affiliate models will be considered a plus.
Nice to have
- Background in crypto media, DeFi, NFTs, or Web3 partnerships.
- An established network within crypto marketing and affiliate spaces.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Airtable
