We are seeking a Growth Lead to join our Product, Engineering & Design Department and take ownership of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and growth initiatives in the fast-paced world of crypto, iGaming and performance marketing. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive CRO and growth strategy, working closely with our Commercial and Marketing teams to optimise lead generation funnels, enhance user engagement, and deliver measurable growth for our partners. You will also have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing CRO team as the function grows.Our partners include crypto exchanges, wallets and iGaming websites, so knowledge of these domains is essential.
Responsibilities - Build and execute a data-driven CRO and growth strategy tailored to the crypto and iGaming ecosystems.
- Design, run and analyse A/B and multivariate tests for landing pages, user flows and acquisition funnels to maximise performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial and Marketing teams to align CRO and growth initiatives with business goals and partner expectations.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar) to identify friction points in the user journey and propose actionable improvements to enhance user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in crypto, iGaming and performance marketing to inform optimisation and growth strategies.
- Create a roadmap of CRO and growth initiatives focused on driving lead generation, customer acquisition and user retention.
- Recruit, mentor and manage a team of CRO specialists as the function grows.
- Proven experience leading CRO and growth initiatives in performance marketing or related industries; experience in crypto or iGaming is highly preferred.
- Expertise in CRO tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles, customer acquisition funnels and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with the crypto and iGaming ecosystems (e.g. exchanges, wallets, iGaming platforms) and their unique user behaviours.
- Demonstrated ability to develop growth strategies from scratch and execute them independently or through cross-functional collaboration.
- Leadership skills with experience building or managing teams (preferred but not required).Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
