Systems Administrator I (NMCI Service Representative/Contingent)

(Contingent upon contract award)

First Division Consulting is hiring a Systems Administrator I (NMCI Service Representative)to fill a role located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support.
• Assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Associate’s in a computer-related field or equivalent technical degree.
• An Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Certification Requirement: IAT 1
• 3 years of IT service desk experience, troubleshooting, and system support.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
