Your Title: Team Lead, Funding Coordinator

Your Report To: Associate Manager, Funding
Your Compensation: $51,171 plus a bonus!
Your Schedule: Monday - Tuesday 7:30am-4pm EST and Wednesday - Friday, 9:30am-6pm EST

What you will do:
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the team of funding coordinators.
- Set performance goals and ensure team alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage the team on the floor by ensuring productivity while answering questions and inquiries from coordinators.
- Manage their individual team needs such as managing paid time off and regular hours.
- Oversee day-to-day funding coordinators operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices to optimize the funding deals assignment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Inside sales, and sales to ensure seamless processes.
- Act as a point of escalation for funding-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, or external stakeholders as needed.
- Train new team members and ensure ongoing professional development for the team.
- Assist Department leaders with Projects.
What you Bring:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a Funding role at FHF.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Must be well organized to keep records on employee performance that are easily accessible, especially for Mid-Year/End-of-Year reviews
- Must be a Subject Matter Expert in all policies, procedures, and compliance-related topics.
- Impeccable compliance history with no major violations or any other major sanctions/suspensions.
- Strong customer service and de-escalation skills
- Strong leaderships skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and encourage associates to ensure development within role.
