Mandarin & English Personal Assistant (Part Time/Full Time)

One of California’s leading educational service providers, FLEX College Prep, is seeking dynamic and customer-driven individuals to drive sales within assigned markets and provide outstanding service to its diverse client base. The Bi-lingual Mandarin & English Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for marketing the company’s services on a variety of platforms. This position will report directly to FLEX’s Director of Enrollment and Marketing ON-SITE at our Irvine, CA  headquarters.

What you’ll do:

Marketing

• Market company services on a variety of platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Wechat and Redbook
• Support the Director of Marketing and Enrollment
• Colloborate with the Enrollment and Marketing team on ideal methods to target specific audiences
• Errands: Pick-Up/ Deliver : materials, dry cleaning, take-out as needed

• Southern California: Irvine – ON-SITE  Irvine ca

What we’re looking for:

• MUST be able to speak and write in BOTH Mandarin and English.
• 1+ years of social media marketing exp
• BONUS = 1+ year exp of Weechat or Redbook
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to establish rapport with others
• Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
