About the Role
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue. You will work closely with the sales team to generate demand through targeted campaigns – orchestrating all the necessary elements including nurtures, sales cadences, paid advertising, social, and other demand gen strategies.

- Campaign Creation, Optimization & Reporting
- In close collaboration with sales, ideate and create targeted specific campaigns to generate SQLs
- Analyze marketing performance data, including lead conversion rates and ROI on campaigns
- Manage and optimize Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns, aligning them with overall campaign strategy to drive high-intent leads
- Provide actionable insights to refine demand-generation strategies
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization
- Set up and optimize email nurture campaigns to convert MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
- Utilize HubSpot to measure lead-generation efforts
- Coordinate with marketing ops for lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow improvements
- Work closely with Sales to design cadences that convert leads and nurture existing pipeline
- Collaborate with content marketing to create SEO-friendly resources that generate inbound leads
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Assist in developing targeted ABM campaigns to engage key operator and provider accounts in senior living
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to personalize content and outreach
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other ABM tools to refine audience targeting
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proficient with Hubspot.
- Strong writing skills and experience prompting LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- An analytical mindset—comfortable working with marketing data and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and sales alignment strategies.
- Experience in B2B SaaS required. Healthcare or Senior living experience is a plus.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns strongly desired (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and content creation.
