Senior Content Creator- 1099

FluidLogic is an exciting startup at the intersection of hydration and wearable technology. Creating products for a variety of vertical markets, including the U.S. Military.


We provide “hydration for the human race” by building cutting-edge Active Hydration™ systems for active people doing active things. 


Born in Motorsports & Powersports, our products are now relied on by winning NASCAR, IndyCar, Trophy Truck, and other professional racing teams.


We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Content Creator on a 1099 contract basis to lead the digital marketing efforts for our new consumer electronic product. This role is pivotal in building brand awareness, connecting with our target audience, and generating excitement across digital platforms. Ideal for someone passionate about action and lifestyle sports, this position combines storytelling expertise with a deep understanding of digital media trends. You will craft engaging, platform-specific content that reflects our brand's voice, elevates our online presence, and drives audience engagement.


What You Own:
  • Content Development: Produce high-quality, engaging, and visually striking content (video, photo, and written) tailored to action and lifestyle sports audiences. 
  • Social Media Management: Strategize, create, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. 
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft narratives that highlight our brand’s values, products, and community. 
  • Event Coverage: Capture and share live-action content at events, races, or product launches to bring experiences to our online audience. 
  • Collaboration: Work with athletes, influencers, and partners to co-create content that expands reach and impact. 
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and digital strategies to keep content fresh and relevant. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize audience engagement. 


What You Bring:
  • Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree in: Multimedia Design, Digital Marketing, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Film/Video Production or relative years of experience.
  • Proactive: A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Experience: Proven track record in creating content for action sports, lifestyle brands, or a related industry. 
  • Skills: Proficient in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva), and photography. 
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for action and lifestyle sports and a deep understanding of the culture and community. 
  • Creativity: Strong ability to think outside the box and bring unique ideas to life. 
  • Digital Savvy: Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for each platform. 
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work weekends/evenings for event coverage when needed. 

  • Certifications and Specialized Training (preferred):
  • Google Digital Garage Certification (Digital Marketing)
  • HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
  • Facebook/Instagram Blueprint Certification
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Training
  • SEO/Analytics Certifications (Google Analytics, SEMrush)

  • **This is an in-person role, 5 days a week**
