We're looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts around our existing customer base to build customer loyalty through engaging campaigns and innovative strategies.
As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the customer lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You’ll design and execute strategies that inspire our customers to become repeat buyers and advocates of Formlabs’ cutting-edge 3D printing solutions. By leveraging data, insights, and creative marketing tactics, you’ll ensure that every customer interaction builds loyalty and maximizes lifetime value.
