In this particular role, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist to work for an education company that support youth with personalized tutoring. This candidate will help manage all the inbound sales of the organization and follow up with families.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST
Pay Range:
- $1200-$2000 monthly base (plus commission)
Duties and Responsibilities
You are ambitious and self-motivated
- Call incoming leads (via phone service provided by company)
- Manage relationships with families who's children are being tutored by company
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Education
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- A proven track record in a virtual setting is required with U.S. based clients
- C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken - minimally accent preferred
- Resume must be in English
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite, Notion, Airtable, and similar tools
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- A modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent).
- Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
- A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
