Title: Analyst / Consultant
Years of Experience: 2-4 years
Required technical skills:
• Work with the MDM data quality issues on multiple business rules and data quality parameters.
• Experience in technologies relevant to data/information management, such as SQL, MDM, Metadata, Data Quality, etc.
• Hands on Experience, knowledge of various Reports and workflows. Actively participates in postproduction product release testing by: Developing test Scenario, developing test cases, developing test Queries.
• Conducting regression and bug fix testing for products.
• Reporting testing and review anomalies, as appropriate, to the department head-Actively participates in peripheral software testing by: Developing system test use cases and test data and conducting system testing of the software
• Reporting testing and review anomalies, as appropriate, to the department head-Contributes to overall company communication, cooperation, and efficiencies by always considering the impact of validation’s processes, productivity and communication on other departments and the company when implementing and managing processes.
• Frequently interacting with other departmental supervisors and managers to keep abreast of their respective environments (e.g. new ideas, process changes, staffing concerns, etc.).

• Performing other duties as assigned-Maintains Professional and Technical Knowledge by:
• Attending and participating in applicable company sponsored training.
• Attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
• Bench marking state-of-the-art practices.
• Participating in professional societies.
• Keeping informed of changes in the regulatory environment and/or regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with automation testing is a Plus.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer sciences, or equivalent and relevant work experience in a software product development environment.
• 2-5+ years working in a software product development environment, preferably software testing, or designing testing scripts and suites such as Installation Qualifications, Operational Qualifications, Performance Qualifications.
• 2+ years experience working with MDM Testing
• Strong understanding of testing in a Data Warehousing solution environment, and best practices preferred.
• Proficiency in Test management software.
• Familiarity with Software development lifecycle methodologies.
Additional skill set:
• Highly motivated self-starter. A drive to learn and master new technologies, techniques, and data sources. Continuous learning is key to success in this position.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal communication and business writing skills.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, de-bugging skills. Flexible. Adaptable. Strong attention to detail.
• Strong ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, testers and business colleagues.
• Critical thinking abilities to take complex, ambiguous, abstract requirements and break them into
smaller components, patterns, views, features and work epics, themes, stories. Ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
