What you will do:

• Execute and oversee assigned operational tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while following SOPs.
• Identify process gaps, escalate issues in a timely manner, and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Supervise and lead a team of junior executives, fostering a service-oriented and high-performance team.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (both internal & external) to ensure delivery within turn around time.
• Proactively documents and updates progress of operational processes.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in digital financing, fintech, or banking.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in team supervision and process optimization.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

You will shine in this role if you are/have:

• PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Appliances; Ability to create and process Google Sheets.
• Detailed oriented and familiar with BURSA rules and SC guidelines.
• Available on an immediate basis.
