Implementation Manager, Payer Operations

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager, Payer Operations to join our team. This role would be responsible for driving the success of claims health initiatives by building and maintaining organizational systems that ensure smooth execution and velocity. They lead internal configuration, eligibility testing, and monitoring for Behavioral Health plan members, while collaborating closely with product management and sales leads to oversee successful implementations. Additionally, they support data science efforts through monthly reporting, partner with Client Support and Payor Success teams to troubleshoot emerging issues, and facilitate EFT/ERA setups with Finance and Revenue Cycle teams. The Implementation Manager, Payer Operations collaborates with the Product Manager, Health Plans to address payer product features and resolve bug fix requests.

*This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC*

What You’ll Do

• Payer Operations
  • Build and maintain effective organizational systems to track and drive velocity across our claims health initiatives.
  • Lead all internal configuration needs, eligibility testing, and monitoring for our Behavioral Health plan members.
• Team Collaboration
  • Partner with product management and sales leads to drive successful Behavioral Health implementations.
  • Support data science needs from internal and external partners, including monthly reporting.
  • Partner with Client Support and Payor Success teams to identify emerging issues and assist in troubleshooting and identifying a solution/fix
  • Guide successful EFT/ERA setup alongside the Finance and Revenue Cycle teams
  • Partner with Product Manager, Health Plans to tackle payer product features and bug fix requests.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

About You 

• 3+ years of professional experience in business operations or product.
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, especially with claims processing, internal operations, and payment services.
• Proficiency working in Excel/Spreadsheets.
• Proficiency working with Jira and Confluence.
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams in a variety of settings and be able to listen and articulate positions. 
• Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $95,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
