We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager, Payer Operations to join our team. This role would be responsible for driving the success of claims health initiatives by building and maintaining organizational systems that ensure smooth execution and velocity. They lead internal configuration, eligibility testing, and monitoring for Behavioral Health plan members, while collaborating closely with product management and sales leads to oversee successful implementations. Additionally, they support data science efforts through monthly reporting, partner with Client Support and Payor Success teams to troubleshoot emerging issues, and facilitate EFT/ERA setups with Finance and Revenue Cycle teams. The Implementation Manager, Payer Operations collaborates with the Product Manager, Health Plans to address payer product features and resolve bug fix requests.

The base salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $95,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.

Tasks may occasionally require exposure to such environmental conditions such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, and rain.
