Production Trials Coordinator

• Lead the coordination, follow-up, and execution of trials for the purpose of improving crop performance and process efficiency, as well as evaluating New Product Introductions.
• Capture all relevant metrics and communicate findings to support team decision-making.
• Support the Production Team with upscaling and implementing New Processes & New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Design technical production protocols & technical planning parameters related to the crop species in scope.
• Manage the evaluation of all New Product Introductions across the farm, deliver accurate reports, and facilitate decision-making and project conclusions.
• Design and coordinate internal technical trials and assure they are executed according to the written protocols.
• Manage and monitor daily activities for technical trialing (e.g., trial setup, crop culture, chemical applications, data collection, profiles, quality standards, etc.).

• Agronomy background and field experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excel, Power Point, Smartsheet, and/or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
