We are seeking an experienced DORA Regulatory Project Manager to join a leading investment bank in Dublin on an initial six-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role operates on a hybrid basis (3 days in-office per week) and offers a competitive salary of €100,000 – €110,000 per annum.
As a key member of the regulatory change team, you will be responsible for ensuring the bank’s compliance with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements, driving key regulatory initiatives, and enhancing the bank’s operational resilience framework.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the bank’s DORA compliance efforts, ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage and implement regulatory change projects, working closely with internal stakeholders across risk, compliance, and IT teams.
- Provide strategic oversight on operational resilience and business continuity planning.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on DORA-related initiatives, advising senior stakeholders on regulatory expectations.
- Oversee project governance, reporting, and delivery within the agreed timelines.
- 8+ years of experience in regulatory change project management within an investment bank.
- Strong knowledge of DORA regulations and hands-on experience in DORA-related projects.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
- Operational resilience and business continuity planning experience is highly desirable.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to drive regulatory projects independently.
- Paying €100,000 – €110,000 per annum (Depending on experience).
- Initial 6 month contract with potential for extension.
