Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Growth Marketing Lead to help drive Vori's revenue by 10x over the next year. This role will be pivotal in scaling our customer acquisition engine. The ideal candidate will be a world-class expert in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving qualified leads and converting them into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Drive a culture of experimentation, learning, and velocity
- Own the full-funnel metrics, from top-of-funnel lead generation to sales-qualified opportunities
- Optimize the marketing tech stack to enable efficient growth Implement data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience of independent grocers
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives
Qualifications:
- Experience marketing to SMB or enterprise customers in traditional industries (e.g., retail, logistics, supply chain, food, health, construction, trades)
- 6๎ years of experience in growth/demand gen in B2B SaaS marketing
- Fluency in modern martech stacks and technical proficiency in marketing operations
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and distill complexity into poetry
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Entrepreneurial: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot strategies as needed. Prior startup exposure, Series A-C or ex-founder experience is preferred
- Bias Toward Experimentation: Thrives on testing new hypotheses, evaluating data, and iterating quickly
