Gauntlet is seeking a cracked Social Media Manager or Lead. In the forest of DeFi, a terminally online, CT-obsessed crypto native can have an asymmetrically positive impact. Is that you, anon? We’re looking for someone to lead our social media execution and strategy. You will copywrite on our products, analysis, and insights, and engage with our clients, community, and the industry.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing. You’ll own daily-weekly execution on social, create short-form content that distills complex research into quantitative insights, and engage authentically with our clients and partners.
You’re capable of codeswitching at the speed of on-chain narratives; from engaging with other leaders in DeFi on behalf of Gauntlet to shipping bangers from our intern account to summarizing new vault strategies. It’s a challenge– not for everyone, but for the right person.

The national pay range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000 plus additional On Target Earnings potential by level and equity in the company. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for a company of our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
