We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Digital Growth Director to unify and lead our digital marketing efforts. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven track record of scaling startups or high-velocity teams. The ideal candidate is both a big-picture thinker and hands-on operator, combining digital marketing mastery with a sharp growth mindset and a passion for using AI to drive smarter, faster decision-making.

As the single point of accountability across performance marketing, SEO, content, analytics, and martech infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, convert, and retain customers—while fostering a data- and AI-driven culture of experimentation and innovation.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Startup Leadership Experience: You’ve led or helped build a growth engine from scratch, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re a proactive self-starter, obsessed with outcomes, agile in decision-making, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • AI-Forward Thinking: You believe AI is not a buzzword, but a critical enabler of marketing performance, personalization, and scale.
  • Team-First Operator: You know how to inspire, grow, and mentor high-performance teams while executing fast and effectively

1. Increase Online Visibility & Traffic

  • Elevate brand presence across paid, organic, and social.
  • Expand acquisition reach and deepen audience engagement.

2. Enhance Conversion & ROI

  • Build conversion-optimized journeys across web, ads, and email.
  • Leverage AI and testing tools to reduce CAC and boost ROAS.

3. Integrate Data, AI & Insights

  • Own marketing analytics and attribution frameworks.
  • Drive predictive and real-time decisions using AI tools and dashboards.

4. Build Scalable Inbound & Content Engines

  • Use AI to scale SEO, content marketing, and nurture strategies.
  • Engage influencers and partners to expand organic reach.

5. Cross-Functional & GTM Alignment

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and loops.
  • Champion go-to-market integration across growth initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities & Initiatives

1. Website & Landing Page Optimization

  • Lead audits and improvements for site UX, speed, and conversions.
  • Execute A/B testing and personalization using AI-powered platforms.

2. Performance Marketing Strategy

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic.
  • Use AI to automate creative, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.

3. SEO & Organic Growth

  • Direct technical and on-page SEO with scalable content strategies.
  • Use AI tools to enhance keyword research, content briefs, and backlinking.

4. Analytics, Attribution & Reporting

  • Define KPIs, implement tracking, and report results tied to revenue.
  • Leverage AI analytics for forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization.

5. Content & Inbound Marketing

  • Produce AI-assisted lead magnets, nurture journeys, and growth content.
  • Manage collaborations with influencers and domain experts.

6. Team Leadership & AI Transformation

  • Build and scale a digital marketing team with startup DNA.
  • Lead the integration and training of AI tools and automation across the org.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

We Expect You to Have:

  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing or growth, ideally in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
  • Proven leadership in building digital funnels from 0 to 1 and scaling 1 to 100.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, SEO, CRO, analytics, and Martech.
  • Experience with AI tools in content generation, campaign automation, or analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and GTM alignment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
