We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing various marketing activities, including content coordination, digital campaigns, event planning, and social media organization. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and a proactive mindset to drive marketing initiatives forward.
This is a temporary position with a duration of 3 to 6 months.
What will be your responsibilities?
Content & Copywriting Management:
· Write, edit, and manage copy for various marketing channels.
· Oversee copy development from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
· Manage the pipeline of newsletter content, ensuring all assets are in place for timely delivery.
Digital Campaigns & Marketing Planning:
· Project manage new digital campaign activations, gathering targeting, budget, creative assets, and objectives from relevant stakeholders.
· Maintain and update the overall marketing plan across all channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Adjust the master marketing plan as needed based on campaign performance and evolving priorities.
Social Media & Content Coordination:
· Organize all social media content for upload and ensure a structured content calendar is in place.
· Collaborate with internal teams to collect and manage assets for digital and social media channels.
Event Coordination & Sponsorships:
· Identify key industry events and recommend participation opportunities.
· Manage logistics for event attendance, including speaker opportunities, sponsorships, ticket purchases, and budgeting.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events and maximize brand visibility.
· 4-5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
· Ability to develop and maintain marketing plans while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
· Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
· Creative mindset with a drive to contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
