A new opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be responsible for the end to end talent acquisition process across a number of business functions.

This position is a hybrid position based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Create engaging job postings and manage the applicant tracking system
• Proactively source candidates using various channels including social media, job boards, and networking
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Facilitate the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes
• Promote Glenveagh as an employer of choice through employer branding initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the construction or property sectors
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Understanding of Irish employment law and compliance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics
