POSITION SUMMARY:
Global Atlantic seeks a proactive, efficient, and resourceful individual to join the firm’s Recruiting team. This person will play a key role in our overall recruiting process as part of an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging team. Recruiting coordinators collaborate with the firm’s recruiters and business stakeholders to drive the hiring process forward while ensuring a seamless all-around recruiting experience, both internally and externally. They play an active role in all aspects of the recruitment process, from scheduling and monitoring a high volume of candidate interviews to helping facilitate an offer acceptance. Recruiting Coordinators also develop and implement process improvements, maintain clean data and documentation in systems and partner with recruiters and colleagues from our Human Capital team on ad hoc recruiting projects. Our team is all-hands-on-deck, and coordinators often participate in various events, help use data to inform future recruiting decisions, and contribute to the firm’s diversity initiatives
