Community Engagement Specialist/Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media Manager – Community Engagement Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence by actively participating in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram groups. The ideal candidate will build relationships, foster conversations, and strategically promote our business through meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in relevant LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram groups to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
  • Comment & Interaction: Respond to posts, answer questions, and provide valuable insights to establish authority in the industry.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and initiate conversations that can lead to business opportunities.
  • Content Sharing: Strategically share company content (blogs, promotions, industry updates) within groups to drive engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, group discussions, and competitor activity.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement, interactions, and lead conversions to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and writing skills to engage professionally and persuasively.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram group dynamics and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations efficiently.
  • Experience in lead generation through social engagement is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in the [insert industry] sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
