Insurance Verifier with Social Media Management VA

Job Description: Insurance Verifier and Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to take on dual responsibilities: insurance verification and social media marketing. This role requires a combination of administrative precision and creative marketing skills, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities

Insurance Verification

  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients or clients.
  • Obtain prior authorizations and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and clients regarding coverage details.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases with verification outcomes.
  • Address inquiries related to insurance policies and claims processing.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and create visuals or written content as needed.
  • Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth) and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies to optimize reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance verification or a related administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and social media scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry insurance practices.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills for social media content creation.
  • Data analysis skills for tracking and optimizing social media performance.
