Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot.
Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted outreach.
Conduct cold outreach via email, call and text, and LinkedIn to nurture leads and drive interest.
Monitor lead activity and engagement, leveraging HubSpot to track leads.
Appointment Setting: Engage leads in conversations to understand their pain points and qualify them based on defined criteria.
Schedule appointments and confirm attendance with prospects.
Handle follow-ups with leads to ensure consistent communication and engagement.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, seasonality, events, and any other competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
Gather insights about target markets to refine lead generation strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to deliver targeted campaigns and strategies for different industries.
Provide feedback, has ability to report on lead quality and campaign performance to optimize processes and future campaigns strategies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed reports of outreach activities, appointments set, and conversion rates.
Provide weekly updates on lead generation performance and upcoming appointments.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1-2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales (VA/BPO industry experience is a plus).
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and email outreach tools.
