As part of our outbound growth team, you’ll work with warm leads coming from automated campaigns. Your job is to spot opportunities, personalize outreach, and help us start meaningful conversations with the right people.
Requirements
- English level: Upper-Intermediate;
- Experience with B2B LinkedIn outreach;
- Understanding of how to qualify and prioritize leads;
- Strong writing and communication skills.
Will be a plus
- Previous experience in SaaS or tech industries;
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, LinkedIn Helper;
- Creative mindset and ability to adapt tone for different personas.
Responsibilities
- Set up automated outbound campaigns with lead filtering and targeting (email & LinkedIn);
- Analyze responses from automated LinkedIn campaigns;
- Write email and LinkedIn message chains for cold outreach;
- Write and send personalized follow-up messages to warm leads;
- Engage manually with prospects (e.g., connection requests, comments, profile visits);
- Work on updating and optimizing LinkedIn profiles;
- Keep clean, organized tracking of lead statuses in spreadsheets or CRM.
